The Details

Dreaming of a red Christmas? This is the set for you! To celebrate the recent release of YEAR 8 of our flagship red blend, we’re offering Year Five, Year Six, and Year Seven together for the first time ever! This is an awesome Gift if you’re looking to introduce someone new to the NP brand.  We have super low quantities of Year V left, so this one may not make it to Black Friday!

Year V
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot
Appellation: Columbia Valley
Winemaker: Justin Wylie
Release Date: December 1, 2017
This wine’s story: Some would say this is our best wine of all time (seriously) Year 5 — of our original flagship wine! Justin said that based on the fruit, oak, process, and special love & care he put into this one, we could easily justify $55+ per bottle for it. The label features a collage of past label art, logos, and NP icons inside of the Roman numeral 5 for our 5th year of winemaking. We love, love, love this wine and you will too. Justin says this one will hold up through 2025 so drink it the second you open your box or hang onto it for a super special occasion 8 years from now!

Year VI
Cabernet Sauvignon
Appellation: Washington State
Winemaker: Justin Wylie
Release Date: December 1, 2018
This wine’s story: Year VI of our flagship red! After six years, we’re still as psyched on Walla Walla Cabernet as we were on day one! Made by our good buddy Justin Wylie, this red has been aging in French Oak barrels and is full of dark red and black fruit flavors, and notes of cedar. We couldn’t be more proud of this one.

Year VII
Cabernet, Syrah
Appellation: Columbia Valley
Winemaker: Justin Wylie
Release Date: December 1, 2019
This wine’s story: The seventh vintage of our flagship wine, appropriately named Year VII. It’s a blend of two of the most renowned red grape varietals — Cabernet and Syrah. Another wine from award winning winemaker Justin Wylie (Va Piano). This one  over-delivers big time for the price year after year, displaying great balance and grace with each sip. It’s the perfect blend of forward fruit and layers of complexity that stem from not only some of the most premier vineyards in Washington but also two years of aging in French oak barrels.
