Terms of service

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through our website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. The recipient will be required to show identification that proves he or she is at least 21 years old and will be required to sign for the delivery.

Cancellation Policy

All Membership cancellation requests must be entered sent to support@nockingpointwines.com.  We require at least a 14 day notice prior to an upcoming shipment before your Membership is eligible to be cancelled – and this applies to our awesome Coffee, Monthly Wine & Quarterly Wine, and Swag Clubs! An order is considered “processed” the day the order is placed and we do not offer refunds or cancellations on any processed orders.
