Pinot Noir is one of the world’s most popular light-bodied red wines because of its red fruit, smooth finish and oftentimes spicy aromas. It’s on the lighter side of reds in terms of body and they tend to enjoy the same climates as Chardonnay.

Second, we’ve got to talk about Gaudère. Also from Willamette Valley, this 100% Pinot Noir is an experience in every way. From the box to the taste, this wine has been curated by Nocking Point as the first ever Capsule Collection wine. Callen Schaub chose his wine and designed the label to take every purchaser on a journey where wine and art collaborate. Limited to only 1200 bottles, each individually numbered, Montreal-based abstract artist Callen Schaub named the wine Gaudère, a term that comes from the Latin verb meaning to rejoice or take pleasure in, with label art reflecting the artist’s signature method.
